We're pleased to announce that Louise, an Early Years recruiter in Bristol, has celebrated three years working with Class Recruitment.
Having joined our Clifton team as a Recruitment Administrator, her role at our Bristol Early Years recruitment agency has broadened since then, as she commented this week:
"Much of my role involves Early Years resourcing work in Bristol and Bath, which are the busiest areas for Class. I follow up with candidates through the whole recruitment process from job application through to getting them ready to go out to work. I have also become more involved in the wider business."
Louise focuses on workers' compliance checks, payroll setups, and training up a team member Maizy as well as uploading content to the agency's social media channels.
"There's lots of organising to do, including scheduling and carrying out interviews, as well as compliance checks for permits and DBS with all registered and new candidates coming to us," added Louise.
There has been an increased focus on keeping on top of the industry and Government-based legislation to stay compliant for workers in Early Years with regards to Early Years certificates, essentially checking that a certain certificate is considered full and relevant by industry standards.
Louise monitors Ofsted for new information on the Early Years sector and the DfE website.
Keeping on top of Early Years legislation is vital, according to Louise:
"Attention to detail is really important in the work I do at Class as an Early Years recruiter in Bristol. The team are great here and has grown rapidly since my time here.”
